Midwest Elite Football believes in the fundamental value of sports playing an important role in a person’s health and happiness. We believe that through sports, we all have the power to change lives. We will never settle for average and always play to win, with an ever present emphasis on sportsmanship. We work hard to be the best company that we can be, to be the best coaches and mentors that we can be, to assist in creating the best version of the best athletes that each individual can be.
Our mission is to provide comprehensive football training while emphasizing the importance of education and community engagement. We aim to instill in our young athletes the values of teamwork, leadership and perseverance that will serve them both on and off the field of play. We strive to create an inclusive and supportive environment that fosters growth and development. Our goal is to empower our athletes to reach their full potential both as athletes and individuals in their communities. We believe that football is not just a sport, but a tool for bettering one’s self.

Lisa Belton, CIO
Lisa is in charge of event planning, fundraising, and management of publications. She is an Ohio State University graduate, who served as he Vice-President of the Ohio-Drake Unions Activities Board, and graduated with a degree in Criminology/Criminal Justice. Lisa worked at Montgomery County Children’s Services for ten years, and is currently employed as a Pretrial Officer for Montgomery County Pretrial Services. Lisa married Craig Belton in 1984, and raised three scholar athlete sons.
